Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of HOBIA, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME – TBD]. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least [13/16 – TBD] years old. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Your content
You own what you post. You grant HOBIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it to operate the Service. Don’t post content you don’t have rights to.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal, harmful, hateful, misleading or infringing content; no spam or scraping; no sale of prohibited, protected or endangered species or illegal items; respect animal welfare laws; no attempts to break or overload the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Market and shops
Products in the Market are sold by independent shops, not by HOBIA. The shop is the seller and is responsible for listings, pricing, VAT, delivery, returns and legal compliance. Payments are made to the shop or via its payment provider. HOBIA is not a party to the sale but may help resolve issues.
5. Business accounts
Shops using Business tools must provide accurate information, have authority to act for the business, obtain staff consent where required (including for location-based attendance), and comply with labour, consumer and data-protection laws.
6. Health and care information
Discover and Care content is general information, not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified vet for health concerns.
7. Subscriptions
Paid features, if offered, are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and can be cancelled in your store account settings.
8. Intellectual property
The HOBIA name, logo and app are owned by HOBIA / [LEGAL ENTITY NAME – TBD]. Third-party brand names belong to their owners.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, HOBIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of users or shops.
10. Termination
You can stop using HOBIA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. [Competent courts/emirate – TBD].

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لهوبيا الذي يشغّله [LEGAL ENTITY NAME – TBD]. باستخدامك الخدمة فإنك توافق عليها.
1. الأهلية والحسابات
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن [13/16 – يُحدَّد] عاماً، وأنت مسؤول عن النشاط على حسابك.
2. محتواك
تملك ما تنشره، وتمنح هوبيا ترخيصاً غير حصري ومجانياً لاستضافته وعرضه لتشغيل الخدمة.
3. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع المحتوى غير القانوني أو المسيء أو المضلل، والرسائل المزعجة، وبيع الأنواع المحمية أو المهددة أو المواد المحظورة، ويجب احترام قوانين الرفق بالحيوان. يحق لنا إزالة المحتوى أو إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة.
4. السوق والمتاجر
المنتجات تُباع من متاجر مستقلة وليس من هوبيا. المتجر هو البائع والمسؤول عن الأسعار وضريبة القيمة المضافة والتوصيل والإرجاع. هوبيا ليس طرفاً في البيع.
5. حسابات الأعمال
على المتاجر تقديم معلومات صحيحة والحصول على موافقة الموظفين حيث يلزم (بما في ذلك الحضور بالموقع) والالتزام بالقوانين.
6. معلومات الصحة والرعاية
محتوى «اكتشف» و«الرعاية» معلومات عامة وليس استشارة بيطرية.
7. الاشتراكات
تُحصَّل عبر App Store أو Google Play ويمكن إلغاؤها من إعدادات المتجر.
8. الملكية الفكرية
اسم هوبيا وشعاره والتطبيق مملوكة لهوبيا / [LEGAL ENTITY NAME – TBD].
9. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
10. الإنهاء
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
11. القانون الحاكم
