Delete your HOBIA account

In the app

  1. Open HOBIA and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.

Without the app

Email support@hobia.app from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to verify ownership.

What gets deleted

Your profile, pets and tanks, posts, photos, comments, chat messages and device tokens are deleted or anonymised within [30] days. Some records, such as order and transaction records with shops, may be kept where the law requires. Shop owners: deleting a Business account also removes staff access to that shop.

من التطبيق

  1. افتح هوبيا وسجّل الدخول.
  2. اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← الحساب.
  3. اضغط حذف الحساب.
  4. أكّد. يُعطَّل حسابك فوراً.

بدون التطبيق

راسل support@hobia.app من بريد حسابك بعنوان «حذف حسابي». قد نطلب التحقق من الملكية.

ما الذي يُحذف

يُحذف ملفك الشخصي وحيواناتك وأحواضك ومنشوراتك وصورك وتعليقاتك ورسائلك خلال [30] يوماً، وقد نحتفظ ببعض سجلات الطلبات حيث يقتضي القانون. حذف حساب الأعمال يزيل وصول الموظفين إلى المتجر.
